It is important to carefully read and understand a website’s refund policy before making a purchase.

  1. If you receive an open/ tampered package or package is in a bad condition, please don’t accept the package delivery. Please email us at info@handloomthreads.com and Contact us on WhatsApp – +91 9653673038 so that we can send a fresh package after confirming return.          
  2. Eligibility for Refund/Exchange
    •  Since handloom sarees are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, we accept refunds/exchanges only in the following cases:
    • The product delivered is damaged or defective.
    • The saree received is different from the one ordered (wrong color/design).
  3. Conditions
    • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags/packaging intact.
    • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
    • Refund/exchange requests made after this period will not be entertained.
  4. Process
    • To raise a request, email/WhatsApp us at +91 9653673038 with your order number and issue details.
    • Once approved, we will arrange return shipping or ask the customer to courier the saree back.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned product.
  5. Non-Refundable Cases
    • Minor variations in color, weave, or texture are natural in handloom products and are not considered defects.
    • Customized orders, sale items, or pre-ordered sarees are not eligible for return/refund.
    • If the saree has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Every handloom saree is unique; slight irregularities are part of its charm and proof of its authenticity.”
