Refund Policy

  1. If you receive an open/ tampered package or package is in a bad condition, please don’t accept the package delivery. Please email us at info@handloomthreads.com so that we can send a fresh package after confirming return.
  2. Time frame for returns: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Product(s) should be unused, unwashed for hygienic reasons and be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact including the plastic packaging.
  4. If you receive a damaged/ defective product please get in touch with us at info@handloomthreads.com with 2 days of delivery along with order ID and snapshots of defect so that we can verify the same. 
  5. Refund method: If order is cancelled before dispatch, we can issue a credit note of equivalent value to your account or we process complete refund to the source from which payment was made on you request (please get in touch with us at out email info@handloomthreads.com for issuing refund to the payment source).
  6. Restocking fee: Some websites charge a restocking fee, which is a percentage of the purchase price, for returns.
  7. Shipping costs: Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product.
  8. Final sale items: Some items, such as clearance items or special-order items, may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
