Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation window: Cancellation will only be accepted if initiated before dispatch.
- Refunds: Credit note for the paid amount would be generated which can be utilised within 6 months.
- Cancellation would not be allowed for back-order / pre-order or customised items.
- Sale items would not be eligible for cancellations.
- We will confirm over SMS/ Whatsapp once order is cancelled.
